The project on the intersection of Wilanowska and Kasztelańska streets is another proof that ARKOP can adapt to various requirements and location conditions. The implementation of this project confirmed the high skills of ARKOP as the general contractor.

– Building volume: 32,357.70 m³
– Net usable area: 9,547.29 m²
– Usable area of apartments: 6,707.39 m²
– Number of apartments: 134 pcs
– Squares, parking lots, sidewalks with Polbruk paving: 4,489.00 m²
– Green area: 3,046.00 m²
Value of the task: PLN 16,890,245.78 gross.
