2025 Ronson Viva Jagodno – Stage 3

We have completed the VIVA Jagodno – Stage 3 project, which marks another phase in the development of one of Wrocław’s most dynamically growing residential areas. The investment included the construction of a modern multi-family residential building at Kajdasza Street 1, 1A and 1B, featuring commercial units on the ground floor, an underground garage, and full land development with technical infrastructure.
As part of the project, 57 apartments were delivered, with a total usable floor area of 2,982 m², while the entire building covers more than 5,500 m². The apartments were designed to ensure comfort, functionality, and easy access to services within the estate.
The project was carried out for Ronson Development Partner 3 sp. z o.o. – Viva Jagodno sp. k., a renowned developer with an established position on both the Wrocław and Warsaw markets.
