ARKOP, as the general contractor, was responsible for the overall implementation of the project. The scope of work included the entire complex from the preparatory stage to the completion of the project, taking into account all norms and technical standards. The implementation took place on time and in accordance with the planned budget.
- Demolition and dismantling of the previous gas station building
- Major leveling – 4,000 m³
- Road surfaces made of 8 cm cubes – 4,500 m²
- Development of green areas – 2,000 m²
- Tight slabs under the shelter – 445 m²
- Electrical connection of the LV network
- MV network spacer + transformer, pole-mounted station
- Water supply connections PE pipe up to ø110 – 62 m
- Sanitary and rainwater sewage connections and networks with oil separators, BIOFIT sewage treatment plant, made of PVC pipes from 160 to 250 – 600 m
- Fuel tank installation – 1 piece
- LPG tank installation – 1 piece
- Foundations of tank slabs, shop, canopies and coiled monoliths
- Station building with finishing works – 260 m²
Work completion date: 11/2022 – 04/2023.
