In Muchobór Wielki, on Buczacka str. in Wrocław, ARKOP, as the general contractor, built a unique residential project. The project consisted of seven two-story, intimate buildings designed in the style of urban villas, offering only 42 functional apartments. These unique, 2- and 4-room apartments with areas ranging from 42 to 85 m2 are perfectly suited to the green surroundings. On the ground floor there are apartments with large green terraces, and the upper floors have balconies. Selected top-floor apartments even have their own roof terraces. The project has been enriched with functional parking spaces and individual garages. Additional comfort and aesthetics are created by walking paths, well-developed trees and a playground for children.
