2012 ARCHICOM LOFTY

In 2012, ARKOP, as the general contractor, implemented a project called “Lofty Platinum”, located in the Fabryczna district in Wrocław. The project, completed according to the plans provided by Archicom studio, included XIX c. buildings with seven floors and a usable area of 4,716 m². This implementation strengthens ARKOP’s position as a versatile contractor able to renovate and transform historic structures into modern living spaces.
