Project Description

In the western part of Wrocław, within the Leśnica district, a modern residential development is being built — Lissa Estate, a project that draws inspiration from the area’s historical architecture and its original name.

Construction Description

Project description

Arkop, commissioned by the investor – the Association for Education and Family “NURT” – has commenced construction work on the extension of the School and Preschool Complex located at Pautscha 9 Street in Wrocław.

The extension consists of two structurally connected buildings. The project includes the construction of a nursery, kindergarten, separate primary schools for boys and girls, and a general secondary school (high school), along with site development and demolition of the existing gymnasium.

One of the buildings will include a gymnasium area, constructed with a system of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns supporting 24-meter-long glued laminated timber girders.
